It runs as a small team of around ten that works with growing businesses across a range of industries.
He writes the firm's practical automation guides, from speed to lead to what an AI voice agent really costs, grounded in the builds his team ships for real estate, healthcare, ecommerce, legal, finance, education, manufacturing, and logistics teams. He also built Veyrais, the AI content tool Innovaria runs in production every day.
His pitch is the one clients quote back to him: every automation runs in accounts they own, every workflow ships with documentation, and if they leave the day after handover, everything keeps running. He builds that way on principle, because an agency should keep earning the relationship with results, not hostage infrastructure.
