4. Services and separate agreements
If you engage us to build automation systems, the specific scope, deliverables, price, and timeline will be set out in a separate written quote, proposal, or agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement governs the paid work. Unless stated otherwise there, you own the accounts and workflows we build for you, as described in our proposals.
5. Fees and payment
Fees for paid work are set out in your quote or proposal. Prices shown on the website are indicative and may change. Payment terms, including any deposit and final invoice, will be specified in your agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due as stated on the invoice.
6. Outside tools
Our services often rely on outside platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Calendly, communication providers, AI providers, and others. Your use of those tools is subject to their own terms and pricing. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or costs arising from platforms we do not operate, though we will work with you in good faith to address issues.
7. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and access you provide us, for maintaining your own accounts and credentials, for ensuring you have the right to automate the data and channels involved, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including those covering marketing, calls, messaging, and data protection.
8. Intellectual property
The Innovaria Tech name, logo, website content, and materials are our property or used under licence, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of the specific systems and workflows we build for you is set out in your service agreement.
9. Disclaimers
Our website and the free audit are provided in their current form, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will run without interruption, be free of errors, or be free of harmful components, and we do not guarantee any specific business outcome from our advice or services.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innovaria Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the website or reliance on the free audit. Our total liability relating to paid services is limited as set out in the relevant service agreement.
